Step Back Think has made some amazing achievements this year, which are detailed throughout the report. Our Education Program has been evaluated, improved and expanded, with further development scheduled for the second half of 2016. The highly successful Lace Up Against Social Violence campaign ran again in June 2016.
We developed our first ever Strategic Plan and Monitoring & Evaluation Framework, which articulate a measurable plan for achieving our goals and demonstrate our commitment to accountability, evidence-informed practice and evaluation.
We also made significant progress towards financial sustainability and while the road to financial sustainability is long, it is achievable with our strong track record and unwavering commitment to preventing violence and saving the lives of young people.
