On February 3rd, 2016 the Australian Senate launched an Inquiry into the "Need for a nationally-consistent approach to alcohol fuelled violence" with particular attention on preventing one-punch related death and injury.
Our submission recommended more consistent terminology for discussing social violence and a greater focus on research and prevention to combat violence-supportive attitudes and behaviour. Read the full submission here.
